Learning Outcomes of CPD Course Bundle

• Understand the basics of the myofascial pain, as well as the diagnostic tools that helps differentiating it from other conditions primarily in the upper and lower limbs regions.
• Explain the correlation between EBP and the work of myofascial chains with an emphasis on pain and injuries of the upper and lower limbs.
• Identify, analyze and describe all the myofascial chains in both the upper and lower limbed and their relation to pain and dysfunction.
• Gaining awareness of other diagnosis related with myofascial pain at upper and lower limbs through case studies and literature review.
• Hence, the candidate would be able to demonstrate the competency on triage, diagnosing and managing myofascial pain in upper and lower limb region either by using manual therapy or other interventions. Gain knowledge and communication skills to help spread information about myofascial pain and its causes as well as treatment to the upper and lower limbs.
• Apply the concepts and practices learned for enhancement of patients’ care as an accredited RN diagnosing & managing myofascial pain.
