3: Case Studies and Management Strategies
Case study : 22-year-old, right-footed male footballer (height 190 cm and weight 82 kg). History: 18-month history of hip, groin, and low back pain (LBP), reporting that symptoms appeared to be more focused on the right side. 12 months earlier, bilateral hip joint arthroscopic surgery for CAM debridement and labral repair, followed by right-sided psoas tendonotomy to remove scar tissue.
